This home if fully disinfected after every rental. This is a very unique compound. Very private. On a private inlet connecting to the bay. One of a kind . Newly renovated.
Master and one other bedroom is upstairs in the main living area. Four bedrooms downstairs open to the pool area and are very private. There is also a large room over the water with a small bunk room, a trundle bed, a day bed and a kitchenette.
There is also over 1000 sq ft of decking over the water. Perfect to entertain.
NO PROM OR STUDENT GROUPS.

One of a kind home in Jamaica Beach by the bay. This property has the only living quarters over the water on Galveston Island!
Swim in your own private pool or relax in your private hot tub in this secluded compound. Your own boats or jet skis can be used from this estate located on three water lots.
Fishing is great most of the year from your own dock and you can even see the fish before catching them with the fishing lights! Five separate living areas are included in this fabulous rental so families can have their privacy.
Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Nine TV's; ; three refrigerators; two ice makers; fenced yard.
This house is by the bay on a private cove. The beach is 1.2 miles across island.
Pool heat is prepaid at $250 for the first two days, $25 per day each additional day. Overages (depending on propane prices) are billed post stay.
There are 2 Kings; 5 queens; 1 double and 4 twin beds (including a day bed, bunk bed, &
trundle Bed.)
There are three separate living areas. 1) Main living area upstairs. Master bedroom with King bed and bath with shower and jacuzzi tub and guest bedroom with queen bed and bath. 2) Living area over water with one small bedroom with a full bed , one large BR with 2 day beds, a trundal and a sleeper sofa with a bath with a shower. area also has a kitchenette. 3) Two bedrooms downstairs which share a bath between them with a shower. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a queen bed. 4) One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub. 5) One bedroom downstairs with a queen and private bath.
There are two wet bars within the property. one in living area over water and one by the pool with outdoor kitchen. Each of these bars has a sink and refrigerator.
The newly remodeled pool area boasts a new lighting system with 12 different multiple light settings.
$100.00 non refundable pet deposit. ($250.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if the pet is not declared.)
We now have a home next door for overflow groups. Try out the new Marina Restaurant and Sand Bar located 3 miles from the house. Also Venedos Restaurant.in the neighborhood and Nate's Restaurant just minutes away. The food is great. Also Watermans Restaurant 3 miles away.
RV power hook up available for $50 a day. All trash has to Be in covered bins.no white trade bags located out of the trash bins. any trash bags out of the trash bins have to be in black trash bags. $500 ticket for non compliance passed on to guests

Summary: We wanted to find a place that would accommodate our family and their significant others for the New Year holiday. This place has plenty of bedrooms for kids and adults alike. Plenty of room for fishing and kayaking from this location. Fishing bait and tackle shops were close by as well. Local grocery stores carried most of the supplies we needed to ensure a relaxing holiday. The only negative I can say was the pool heater broke down twice while we stayed and the kids could only enjoy the pool for a few days of our stay. Other than the mechanical issue with the pool heater we definitely recommend Jamaica Me Happy.

Summary: The property could not have been more perfect. We were 18 adults gathering together for a birthday celebration. We had plenty of space for everyone. All the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor space of this property is truly incredible. It is beautiful and spacious. We loved watching the sunset each night and cooking outside. Thanks so much, cannot recommend this property enough.

Summary: We utilize this property for a company fishing trip. Property was large enough so that all guys could stay at the same location and our fishing guides were even able to pick us up at the house. Overall, we had a great time.
