Positive: New, clean, modern apartment, with a nice bathroom and kitchen. Parking place in a garage is for free and there is a lift. Entrance locked with a code, and a nice porter sits 24/7 at the entrance. The apartment is very bright, with big windows and a balcony. The building itself is new, clean and modern. 5 minutes away is a big shopping mall and a train station, directly at the apartment is a bus stop.

Negative: Apartment lies some way from the city center, so it's either 25 minutes walk or a short bus ride to get to the sea / beach / city.

Summary: A nice, clean, modern apartment with a parking place, located some way from the city center.
