Positive: Good location within easy reach of restaurants,cafes and supermarket. Teguise is a beautiful town and very central for touring the island. House is old and quirky and surprisingly spacious
Negative: A smell of drains that I could not quite locate. Electrical appliances need to be inspected..

Positive: Location was excellent and Luana House had all the facilities needed. If we were to go back to Lanzerote we would want to stay at Luana House.
Negative: No dislikes. Bruno was most helpful when we had problems figuring out how to work the TV. URGENT. My wife may have left her black wallet in the house, containing a gold pendant, plus driving licence and debit and credit card. If found could we make arrangements to have it sent to us? Positive: Plenty of space, nicely decorated the car can be parked in front of the house, love the hammock. Great all around.
Negative: It was not a problem for us but during the height of summer I could see the lack of the air conditioner being a problem.

Positive: The property is located in the centre of the town. It is in a really quiet street and we found the peaceful and tranquil nature of the location a bonus particularly when considering how central it is located.
Negative: We liked everything. It really was all perfect, the decoration maintenance and cleanliness of the property was outstanding.
Summary: The property is outstanding in every aspect,Teguise is lovely& hosts communication was very good.

Positive: This is the best place I stayed during my two months in Spain. The apartment is renovated and decorated very nicely while preserving all the old architectural charm. The location in the small town of Teguise was perfect, and parking just outside the door on the street was a welcome luxury (after months of very tight and sometimes distant parking garages). The WiFi works very well, all the facilities are in great shape, and the kitchen is well-appointed. Hosts communicated well and responsively, everything was very comfortable. I would happily stay here again if returning to Lanzarote.
