Positive: Brand new, nice pool, lovely staff who are helpful and accommodating. The apartment had the basics to prepare simple meals. Pretty good value for money. We are staying again when coming back to Da Nang before flying out. If you are a family, make sure to book the 2 X 2 as it's otherwise a small space.

Negative: It's very noisy with traffic and from nearby restaurants etc but so are probably many other areas of Da Nang. A travel cot would have been appreciated and a weekly clean for longer stays a bonus but none of it a big deal.

Negative: They advertise the sauna, but its never on. After asking multiple times they put it on once, and when i asked again, they just ignored me. They also lied about the sauna being broken. Very unproffesional in regards to this.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the beach and close to all the major tourist attractions, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment hotel itself was newly built, and it really showed. Everything was spotless, and all the appliances and furnishings were brand new, modern, and well maintained. The apartment was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Positive: The property was perfectly located near the Dragon Bridge part of da Nang. The hotel was brand new, our spacious two bedroom apartment still had all the plastic on the appliances. This was a great hotel and will be even better when the lobby is finished. Pool was also excellent with s great city view.

Negative: Nothing. We loved everything.
