Summary: Loved space and layout of room, balcony with view was excellent. Disliked our first night without electricity in the master bedroom due to last tenant tripping the breaker. Also the rooms lack of cleanliness especially bathroom, it needs a full detail service - walls, shower tile, doors, lightswitches need cleaning. Caulking in bathtub was an amature job, not the quality that this room should have. The size of the TV in the bedroom is too small. Including at least first morning coffee would be a great added touch.

Summary: Property was convenient to the beach, shopping and great breakfast spots. The room was clean enough, but had a few minor repairs that could be made. The pool was great and parking was close by and felt quite safe!

Summary: Great place to stay. Very clean the only thing is if you book through Hotels.com they don't tell you about a $259 additional fee on the front end. Would have been nice to know that before booking. Otherwise the place is in a great location to the Sandestin area.
