Positive: Great location with loads of bars, restaurants and shops great bathroom and well equipped kitchen area.
Negative: The sofa bed is not fit for purpose and should be replsced asap with one of better quality that actually folds out as a sofa bed. Location can be a little noisy as voices echo down the narrow streets.
Summary: Great Old Town Weekend.

Positive: Very clean apartment, with a well equipped kitchen (even oven, which is rare!). The location is excellent if you want to really enjoy the nightlife of central Bilbao-- surrounded by the hippest bars and restaurants, and the corner around the hotel was the hotspot for marching bands and other entertainment drawing crowds. We had lots of fun with this!
Negative: The apartment is super tiny. We came on a busy weekend so it was wildly overpriced for what they are offering (but we had almost no other options). I wouldn't recommend it for a group of 4 (as it is advertised) because although there IS a sofa bed it's essentially touching the bed itself. We tested it and it was also hard as a board. Zero privacy or light blocking from the windows-- the lace curtains don't even reach to the top. And for anyone seeking a quiet evening I don't recommend this. You are overhanging into the busiest street with lots of nightlife.
