Positive: The host was extremely kind and helpful — he even saved us on our last day by keeping our luggage after checkout, which made everything easier. The location is perfect, right next to a shopping center and very close to many of the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view from the balcony. The infinity pool was also a highlight — absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Positive: Amazing and clean stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. So many food options and all near to iconic spots.. The host was super duper responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Boon provided all the informations I needed in a detail manner…We loved the minimalistic decor and amenities, especially the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thanks again to our wonderful host-Boon! :)

The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, making it super comfortable for all of us. One of the best parts? We had a stunning view of the KLCC right from the room! The location is very strategic, with easy access to public transport, shopping malls, and food spots. Getting to places like klcc , lalaport n more was also really convenient. Highly recommended for families looking for a city stay!

Positive: I had an amazing experience staying at Lucentia Residence in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, which is truly one of the best locations in the city. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance — shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and public transport are all just around the corner. The apartment itself is fully equipped, including a kitchen and washing machine, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. The service and hospitality were exceptional. The highlight was definitely our host, Boon, who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. He was incredibly helpful, providing local tips and making sure all our needs were met during our stay. I highly recommend Lucentia Residence for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
