Negative: Very different difficult to find the hotel. No visible signage from the car. Google maps was essential.

Positive: -Spacious room, very clean, comfortable and stylish, excellent bed - Very quiet - Very nice bathroom - Convenient location to walk to historical buildings and shops - Netflix
Negative: - Nearly all interaction with hosts has been online - No kettle in the bedroom -The kitchen exists and is apparently for the guests to use. There is a microwave, an induction cooking top, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge, but no cutlery or crockery. So how can one make use of the kitchen facility??? Coffee capsules and teabags are provided, but there is a charge of €1 per each teabag/capsule ! - No proper reception. Whilst the lady who was sometimes present at a desk did her best to be helpful, her English was limited.
Summary: Stylish new comfortable rooms, but kitchen arrangements need sorting out

Positive: Didn't have breakfast as part of the stay. Location great. Onsite Parking really beneficial. Host was great and went out of his way to ensure we knew where everything was.
Negative: Could have Coffee / Tea and a kettle facility in the room.
