Positive: I recently stayed at Lucille’s, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The location was also ideal, close to I-40, making it easy to get back on the road. Overall, I highly recommend Lucille’s to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Negative: Was nervous about the lack of cameras outside - worried about my car. When I first arrived at the room - the bathroom had a sulfer like smell.
Summary: Slept like a baby, had a good breakfast with great coffee.

Positive: We liked the convenience of Lucille's location. The walk-in shower was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: They never should have gotten rid of the waffle machine. The plastic-wrapped room temp waffles were a let down. Two fresh-brew coffee machines and no waffle machine. I think these are harbingers of the 2nd coming. On the other hand We really enjoy the salt-water pool, though it was too cool to lounge and too shallow for laps.
