Positive: Lovely location quite close to main attractions in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Comfortable seating. TV's in all 3 bedrooms but not living room. Quite spacious!
Negative: Would have been better to have started dishwasher but not been asked to put clean dishes away when wash cycle was finished. Had to eat breakfast an hour earlier to be able to do this and still check out at 10 am. Need a small mirror in room with futon.
Summary: Would recommend to anyone going to Hot Springs.

Positive: Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Decorated really cute. The espresso machine worked really well. It was nice having an assigned parking spot.
Negative: Wish they had a blender. Limited amount of clothes hangars, so bring your own.

Positive: Very tastefully decorated and comfortable beds. Loved that it was second floor and had a small balcony.
Negative: Some utensils were dirty and the oven needs cleaning.

Positive: Everything about this place was fantastic! My sister and I needed a well-deserved vacation. We searched and found Hot Springs would be great. Prior to our travel dates, the host, Mary, kept in contact with us. Upon arrival, we had a door code. When stepped in, the decorum was awesome. Every room was decorated/designed so beautifully. The location was close to everything. The beds were clean and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms. Although we didn't use the amenities, they were available for use. We were there for four days shopping, sightseeing, and eating out. On our last nught, we decided to stay in and enjoy our place. My sister and I had a great time and plan to visit there again.

Positive: Absolutely loved this place. It had everything we possibly could have needed. It's not far from Oaklawn or downtown and is in a great, quiet spot. It definitely had a warm, inviting feel.Mary is so helpful from the time of booking until check out. She responds to every question very quickly and is just so nice! We look forward to staying here again.
