Once upon a time, the bright rainbow appeared over the house. The rainbow beaty was so amazing and colorful! Ever since we called our house "The Lucky Rainbow" and it gives luck to people who comes to visit.
The house is just minutes to Route 1, I-95, & the Rippon VRE Amtrak station. Prime location for both Quantico & Fort Belvoir (10 min drive). The house is neighboring the historic landmark Leesylvania State Park and Marina with a small sand beach and lovely hikes along Potomac River. The major shopping area Potomac Mills shopping paradise and the Stonebridge Town Center with Wegmans food store and many great restaurants and Alamo cinema theatre are just 2-5 miles away. There is also Super center Walmart, Costco, Sam's club close by and IKEA, Apple Store and REI. The Washington DC, National​ Harbor and MGM Casino, Old Town Alexandria are just 30 min drive away on I-95 HOV with EZ pass. The Prince Williams forest park is also 10 min away (it is also a weeding location). The Neabsco Boardwalk is neighboring the house with the birds and animals watch paradise: at least four couples of board eagles, gees, ducks, seagulls, deer and fox.
Jack Nicolson designed 18 holes golf public course, the Potomac Shores Golf Club, is 10 min drive. It is internationally known and enjoys visiting golfers from other countries. The absolutely gorgeous golf course with fantastic Potomac River water views, rolling hills and challenging holes. Greens look incredible even during winter and the clubhouse is amazing with the Tidewater Grill restaurant with delicious meals, brunches and fire pit.

The dining, office and living rooms are stunning! All rooms are very spacious, you must see this master suite with a sitting room and fireplace and soaking Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom and large walk-in closet. Three other large bedrooms and two baths and closets upstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with the queen sized beds, the master suite has king sized bed. The house shares two other smart SONY UHD TVs in the master bedroom and office. There is an outside deck off the rear of the house with the outdoor furniture with the huge private beautifully landscaped backyard. Plenty of parking available in front of the house, in a large garage and on a driveway. The community features a tennis court and children playground. There is a crib, pack and play, toys and books for children to enjoy during their stay. The house is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is bordered by woods in the back yard - with plenty of walks and hikes to take!
Beautiful furnished large basement with carpeted floors and beautiful living room, two bedrooms, separate full bath with bathtub and walk out with windows. The living room there has a large smart 55” SONY smart TV. There is a second Samsung refrigerator there also for your convenience. There is Verizon FIOS 300 Internet, all TVs are smart TVs and you will be able to log into your own streaming channels.
Coronavirus update: The house is cleaned and completely sanitized with Clorox wipes on hard surfaces, all handles, remote controls, and every room is sterilized with the UV Ultraviolet Disinfection Ozone Sterilization Lamp E27, Base Anti-Bacterial Rate 99%. Sheets and towels are washed with Clorox addition to soap. Each booking is spaced with at least 2-3 days between. Plenty of rooms in the house to keep the family socially distant if needed.
