Positive: Our home was situated in a small enclave overlooking a frozen lake about 2 miles from the ski resort. Even though it was a little chalet, it was very roomy and comfortable for my husband and our kids to spread out and relax. The host was super communicative by text. Answered all of our questions.. It snowed 6 inches overnight, they even snow plowed before we could even ask.

Negative: Door code didn't work, but rental service quickly got us in.

Positive: The property as well is nice. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There was enough cut wood to use in the wooden stove (mini fireplace) and in the outside fire pit. Great location close to Stowe and Killington ski resorts. In general it’s a nice cozy house. In summer this residence must be perfect.
Negative: Awful cleaning too much dust. Second floor of the house did not have heating. The shower heater did not work well, the water came out warm -almost cold. We reported it on the second day of the stay but the plumber assigned to the area didn’t consider it an emergency and Vacasa solution was to place us in another house but it was not in our plans to change residence since we had settled down (we had already made the purchases of the groceries for 5 nights, we were a group of 4 adults and 2 little children, it means a lot of thing to move and there was snow storm).
