Negative: No live contact person to talk with . 283 had issues, first thing was the threshold at front door was loose from floor, And the front door locked automatically when it closed, easy to get locked out, Floor tiles stored under the bed and was visible when entering room, bath exhaust fan was very loud, sounded awful. Bathroom ceiling needs paint and repair, walls fine, Sink light in kitchen didnt work at all, Outside back door vinyl ceiling needs to be reattached, fixing to fall. Hair dryer didnt work at all, bought one at wallmart.

Summary: Too much road construction , traffic awful, left day early, Wont come back to PCB.
