Positive: Cosy, peaceful hideaway in a busy village in May. Would be very different on high days snd holidays. Food very good. Bed comfortable, rooms small. If fine weather the outside area would be very busy.

Negative: Limited sitting area for guests if wet. No room for easy chairs in the bedroom. One site and two chairs downstairs

Positive: Breakfast was very good although a little salty and I prefer uncooked bacon but still very good. The room was a bit small but OK for our short stay. The second flight of stairs was very steep for our elderly dog and she had a problem gripping with her paws on the steps. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: As mentioned above the second flight of stairs not easy for our elderly dog.

Summary: We loved it. The location and scenery is lovely and all the staff are excellent.
