Positive: At the best location to the park (walking distance) and with green fields around the hotel

Negative: A minor thing, but the staff is not quite prepared to many guests (like 5 people) in the restaurant, like the order took quite som time and it came in reverse order including the drink 🍸 being ready after the meal

Positive: I like the Food Serving Facility and Food Provides By Lumbini Five elements are great tasty and delicious 😋.

Negative: Wet bathroom. Quite far from lumbini park. Around 200m dirt road to the hotel which is partly dark at night. Electricty down at night, totally dark for a few minutes and then on and off for about 2 hours. Poor breakfast compare to the hotel price. They dont clean the room daily as it should be. Overall the price is too expensive compare to the product and service.

Positive: The room is spacious; stay for 2 nights. Close to Lumbini entrance gate 5.

Negative: First day I got face towel, the second day after they cleaned the room, they did not give any face towel. The hotel is inside around the field, have to walk about 400 meters from the main road.

Positive: Set aside from the main road so very quiet overlooking the fields . Very comfortable and well set out hotel . Spacious rooms and good dining room .

Negative: There was nothing I did not like about the property .

Negative: Staffs did not pay attention on clealiness. Room and bathroom were infested with cockriaches and insects. Sometimes they approached on beds and ceilings. Pillow was thick and uncomfortable. When asked for a thin pillow no one responded. So this time stay was not worth the amount I paid. I also did not like a little black dog roaming in the restaurant and the lobby. In fact it should not be likely to exist such scenes. I have to think twice to be there for the second time at the dame condition. I will have no problem to stay at this hotel again if problems are fixed. Cockroaches .... oh my god
