Summary: An interesting large studio. Faces into a park & the west sun. Eclectic decorating tastes. Plant lover. A good solid bed. 3rd floor apt but with elevator not made clear in description. Full eat in kitchen. Tram line just beneath apt will wake late sleepers. But line #3 takes one downtown effortlessly. Some problems retrieving key after dark even with headlamp. Bathroom not eqipped for large people. Small quarters but i didnt feel cramped. Overall good experience that could be made better with refinements

Summary: The property is a cute apartment along the Line 3 tram/streetcar nestled in a quiet pocket a few mins walk from Pasila Station/Mall of Tripla. Me and my spouse found this a very convenient base to start the day from and come back to recharge at night. The communication with the host was amazing too, so I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a base to explore the city from.

Summary: A real home from home! We loved how the personality of the owner showed through. We had everything we needed and enjoyed cooking for ourselves and eating at the kitchen table. The flat was pretty warm in August but there were several fans/air-conditioners that worked brilliantly. It was quite noisy outside, as it's a lively area and on a tram route, but it didn't keep us awake. The tram stops outside the apartment were really useful but we walked into Helsinki centre from here too.

Summary: The apartment is located in a strategic position. Near Pasila railway & bus station and with tram and bus just outside the house. Quiet zone, the apartment is cozy and luminous. In front there is a park. Recommended!

Summary: I stayed with my partner for a couple of nights. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is in a convenient location within short distance to the city centre by bus. Bus and tram stops are just 1 min away. I thought it was going to be noisy in the night but it was actually quiet and we had good rest. The building and the apartment itself are a bit old but Emilia has decorated it with thoughtful style and made it very charming. Emilia was very helpful, quick and responsive with communication. All in all, I'd recommend this apartment, specially to young couples who are looking for somewhere different.

Summary: The fun, colorfull decoration and funky furinture greated warm ambience. The location is wonderfull, close enough to everything but on quiet street. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this further.

Summary: Apartment is nicely decorated and feels very homey. There are several nearby bus stops, so it was easy to reach the airport, city centre, Espoo. There is a nice park just on the other side of the road.
