Summary: -Clean rooms and very frequent room service. -Food is very low level, below average and not worth the prices (not even if it was for free), breakfast is ok. -The place is beautiful and staff is nice. Rooms are outdated. -Beach is small but nice, we had windy days and the ocean was very agitated. Overall: ok-ish.

Summary: Overall hotel location is amazing. Private beach and beautiful. That is what you are paying for. Now, all the bad things: Rooms - overall very dirty. They didn’t vacuum the rooms at all. In addition, the rooms are in a desperate need of renovation. It is old, but not only that, the bathrooms are nasty and you could barely use the shower because it was both broken and lacked water pressure. Food - breakfast was eatable but that is it. Not something you’d expect from a hotel you paid this amount of money for. The bacon looked disgusting. Lunch is served in a different restaurant from breakfast and dinner and it was the only ”good” food we had during our stay. Dont get me wrong, not the best food I’ve eaten but atleast it was okay italian food. Regarding dinner, dont eat dinner here. Frozen vegetables, cold food and just bad overall. Dont waste your money on this. Also, even though it is hotel food you pay for, they add service fee to lunch and dinner (and the service was terrible) Finally, check out, they gave us the bill for everything we’ve eaten during our stay and numbers were okay. Then the staff said that they missed the city tax and gave me a new two page receipt. However, this time they added the cost for the rooms which i already payed for. I highlighted this and they said ”you have?” And just printed a receipt again. Felt like they wanted to double charge me as they didnt even check the system to confirm, nor did they apologise. Go somewhere else…

Summary: From the time we reached the hotel we were treated lke royalty. The staff at the front desk, bar and testaurant could not do enough to ensure we had a great experience. Over and above the service the location is divine right on the sea and the pool is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and seculex. I can not wait to go back.

Summary: This wonderful resort was built in the 1950s on a stretch of private beach. The property has charming walkways and gardens. It is so peaceful and beautiful and the staff could not be nicer. The restaurant serves amazing food with a view of the sea. We have stayed at many hotels in many countries, and this one was perfect for us. We went during April, so not in the busy summer season, but even then they only allow less than 200 guests so it will not be crowded. You need to reserve early since they book up quickly. Stay outside the busy city of Cagliari which is less than an hour way. We give it our top recommendation and it is even better than our quick photos on a cloudy day could show!

Summary: very nice position on the beach but some weak points: they organize weddings and on this day the beach bar shuts down at 1 pm ! not really the standard, should be capable to organize weddings without negative impact to "regular" guests the offer in snacks in the beach bar is terrible limited: in essence a toast and some salad
