Positive: Clean, affordable,Landlord was very available to deal with any issue or address any concern. Very attentive.

Negative: Dogs barking through night. Knife was dull, cutting board splitting. Just need a little maintenance. Difficulties coordinating housekeeping schedule. Locking and unlocking door was a bit tricky.

Summary: Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay at a very good value.
