Quiet building but a short walk to town/gondola. New renovation on second floor, of two floor condo, includes, new gorgeous granite kitchen, floors, primary vanity, and powder room. New appliances, furniture, paint and floors. Beautiful! Experienced, VRBO premier level host, offers this condo just up the slope from the gondola. The 2-floor condo offers terrific location (easy walk to everything Aspen) and a luxurious condo. Perched at the base of Aspen Mountain, our comfortable and well appointed condo offers terrific access to the mountain and town. The condo has a large bedroom, living space and primary style bathrooms on each of two floors. Well suited for 2 couples, desiring privacy or a family with different bed times (or TV preferences) the two floors offer fantastic options. A world class resort, Aspen features top dining, shopping, music and is the host to many conferences and festivals, all with easy access from this quiet but centrally located condo in the central core of Aspen. Incredible location a few short minutes from the gondola but hidden away from the busy streets. Nowhere better to start than this condo located very near the base of Aspen mountain. CHECK OUT THIS TERRIFIC VACATION CONDO. Fantastic location and full of great amenities. Late check-out or early check-in may be arranged if available with a fee.

A parking spot is dedicated to the condo and available for vehicles 16 feet long and under. No large vehicles allowed.
Located at the base of Aspen Mountain you'll love the location and the condo. Perfect location for attending the Aspen Food and Wine Festival, Aspen Ideas Festival and the Aspen Music Festival. Walking distance to most everything and free bus rides to virtually everything else.
The location is unmatched in this recently rehabbed spacious condo. Perched just east of the ski hill and the gondola path, the condo is only a few minutes walk to town or the gondola base.

This renovated and constantly upgraded duplex condo features comfortable amenities. Enjoy the new kitchen with new appliances, new granite and fresh and clean appeal.
The two bedroom condo features two master suites. The second floor has a king bed, flat screen cable TV, a bathroom with twin sinks and ample storage. The first floor suite features a bunk with a twin over a double bed in addition to a flat screen cable TV, a gas fireplace a sofa and a bathroom with twin sinks with a bonus storage room in back.

Summary: We just returned from the perfect Aspen ski trip with our family of 4. MJ is an incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our arrival, stay and departure were flawless and easy. The condo itself is updated and comfortable with everything you’d need. Perfect size for our family of four and the location cannot be beat. Short walk to town as well as grocery store. Summary: We had an amazing stay at this condo in Aspen! The location couldn't be better—it's conveniently walkable to everything you need, from shops and restaurants to the ski lifts. Summary: We enjoyed our Aspen stay at this property. We had plenty of room for our party of 3. The condo was clean and comfortable and it was a super easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for activities, restaurants, parking, etc. She left a customer card for the local grocery store for us to use which came in handy. I would definitely recommend this place!
