Negative: Grass was super long and towels were very musty. The owner did door dash us new towels.

Positive: The property is clean, really convenient and close to downtown. It's a nice house in a changing neighborhood. We liked going for a walk, but stay on downtown side of neighborhood. Lexington Arts and Science Center is around the corner. Thoroughbred Park is within walking distance, too. I would stay again especially if I was to attend a concert or other event at Rupp Arena/downtown.
Summary: Private, clean and convenient to downtown.
