Summary: beautiful home. It was well equipped with modern appliances. My family was either onthe porch or at boat dock for the entire weekend. We went kayaking and fishing everyday. Lots of fun. I would recommend this to my friends looking for a quiet lake getaway

Summary: Great location. Everything as listed! Can not store boat trailer at the neighbor hood boat ramp. Our trailer was small enough to fit in the garage but saw quite a few trailers parked in driveways.

Summary: This place was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back. Mrs. Rosa and Mrs. MaryJane were super nice and helpful, even though we pestered MaryJane with questions our first day. The Lake was huge and beautiful, hardly anyone was on it. We had an issue with our AC the first day, we couldn’t get it to cool, MaryJane was quick to send someone over to help us figure it out. Absolutely loved our time there!

Summary: This is the most beautiful home and it was perfect for our long weekend! The use of the boat slip was a plus! Great communication with host and everything was just as described…even better! Will rent again!!

Summary: My family had a great experience. The home was very clean and supplied with everything stated. We used the boat hoist and swam off the dock daily. The fire pit made for a good evening as well. I would recommend!

Summary: We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with a few families and had a great time. We have had a boat for over 15 years and we come to lake Livingston every year. This is the best property I have rented on the lake. First off- the house is in a large cove so the boat is pretty protected. Additionally we were able to use the lift for our boat which saved the hassle of taking it out of the water daily. Secondly- the house was beautiful, clean, and had all amenities you could ask for. I have never rented a house with a griddle and air fryer! The additional space with a mud room was perfect for coolers, etc. There was also plenty of pantry room for food. The game room with a basketball game was a hit with all the kids, as well as the rope swing. Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back!

Summary: My family and I had a great time at this property. It's a beautiful home and nice neighborhood. We used the boat lift and dock continuously. The fire pit made for a nice evening as well. I would definitely recommend.
