Summary: We stayed a week with our kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the house and pool. A great home base for exploring the area- hiking, cubs/Sox game , phoenix zoo , breweries and wine bars just to name a few things. Host was very accessible and helpful.

Summary: The house is gorgeous, functional and fun for the family. We enjoyed the house. We won't reserve again though due to the "decibal" monitor. It is clearly posted, but it was too much for our family with kids and adults that enjoy conversation and music while on vacation. We received a call shortly after the 10pm quiet time that the decibals were reading too high and was politely asked to keep it down. I understand the rental is in an area with neighbors and want to be respectful. We complied and all was fine, but it was bit over the top for us after someone entered the backyard to put the trash on the curb while were staying there and was not notified that would happen.

Summary: Overall this was a good rental for our family of 8. Perfect size, perfect amount of beds, very roomy and awesome backyard/pool. The heated pool was a nice feature for our spring break trip. Only critique would be the limited amount of kitchen/cookware (no griddle, only one pan, etc.). The king bed in the master was a little uncomfortable as well. But like I said, overall a good rental.

Summary: This rental was probably 30% overpriced. The kitchen was not ready to house 7 people. One medium fry pan was it - lava-hot handle. Needs an electric griddle & more than 5 coffee mugs Usually people leave foil & plastic wrap or some sort of food storage like Tupperware. The lids didn’t fit so no use. Steep stairs to upstairs - no no handrail This is in the middle of a family oriented neighborhood and not across from a golf course but instead an elementary school and the first bell goes off at 7am. The property manager was responsive and very nice.

Summary: We had 11 people in our group that stayed at the house (6 adults, 5 kids), it was a great setup for all of us to be comfortable. The pool was awesome as is the entire backyard. Pete and Maria responded very timely to any questions prior to the weekend as well as while staying at their property over the weekend. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again should we find ourselves booking another trip to AZ. Thank you!

Summary: House is perfect for a great getaway! Awesome location nice amenities very clean! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool/ping-pong table was a blast! I highly recommend this property! We used it for a guys weekend with 11 of us, we had plenty of room. Communication was instantaneous, very helpful and friendly!

Summary: We were disappointed with our stay. The home does not have ESPN so we couldn’t watch the NBA playoffs. The biggest disappointment was the air-conditioning. The upstairs never cooled off and it was warm sleeping (and only April in the mid 80’s for a high). There were no screens on any of the windows so we couldn’t open the them after dark to help cool off the home. We turned the AC temp down when we arrived because the upstairs was already quite hot. Not knowing any better, we went to bed thinking it would cool off, but it never did, making for uncomfortable sleeping in some of the upstairs rooms. The next day we learned that the downstairs AC was on a schedule and turned up automatically (we figured that out when it got hot downstairs). Applying that knowledge to the upstairs, I woke up in middle of the night and kept checking the temp thinking it might be on a schedule too. Even though the AC was set to 74, it never reached that temp and never cooled off, making it very warm to sleep. Maybe the thermostat measures the hallway temp compared to the bedrooms. I would never stay there during summer months. Maybe it’s great November to March. Kitchen is bare boned supplied. in summary, we paid a premium price for not a premium place. PS. I’ve never written a bad review before. Lastly the check in instructions received the day before check in let us know there is no parking in the garage or on the street. That limits cars to what fits in the driveway (but no explanation of how many spaces in the driveway) In the future, an easy fix would be to explain how many cars fit in the driveway because we made alternate arrangements thinking we were limited to 2 cars, where 3 cars would have fit.
