Positive: The condo was in a nice complex in a great location. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. They were fully stocked and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. There was a nice pool in the complex. The patio had a hammock you could relax on. You could walk to all the restaurants and shopping either across the street or at the plaza and mall about a 15 minute walk away. You really can't beat the location.
Negative: The pull-out futon is just a single for one small person.
Summary: A really nice place to stay for a getaway to Scottsdale in the perfect location.

Positive: Convenient location, comfortable bed, good internet and television, pool area was nice, parking good. The complex doesn't have great "curb appeal" from the front but the interior courtyard common area is very pleasant.
Negative: There were a lot of small things that would not cost much to fix but help a lot: a few new pots/pans/dishes/towels rather than the very worn, odd stuff, fix the electronic door lock - it doesn't work, decent patio furniture. Also, lack of communication - we had a water outage, no hot water, and an unexpected visit from a maintenance man that I think Jacob was informed of in advance but didn't let us know.

Negative: Kitchen could use a few additions (Saran wrap, tinfoil, spatula). There was only one box of tissue, many lightbulbs were burnt out. Minor things in the overall experience

Negative: Bottom floor. Dark. Sooooo many things wrong with the place and a half hearted response to sort things out. Nothing was resolved. Would suggest it getting taken off and getting sorted before ripping anyone else off.
Summary: Nothing Luxe about this place. Needs a huge overhaul.
