Summary: Beautiful property! Was in town for a college graduation so we needed a spacious home with room for 7 people. The property was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed out time there and would utilize it again if needed. We only had two issues during out stay: 1. Unable to utilize TV on screened porch. Spending time on the porch while enjoying the TV was something we really looked forward to doing. After we inquired about the TV not working, the host told us that the remote needed to operate the TV was missing...:-(2. The hot tub had no water in it and was full of leaves. This made it appear inoperable. Again, this was disappointing because it was something that we looked forward to.Despite these problems, we still think this is an excellent property that offers good value for the price.

Summary: We gathered to enjoy our daughter's graduation from HPU. The house is very convenient to High Point and HPU and the other areas we visited. We had 8 total family members so each couple had their own room. We have a son graduating either in December or May 2026 and would use this home again if we need that much space. We didn't cook any meals in the home as we were also celebrating birthdays, etc so all of our meals were outside of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed the enclosed patio and the basement. We did not use or want to use the sauna as that was not in our planned activities. If we did have 12 people in our group it would have been a different experience as those 4 guest would not have had a dedicated bathroom, so for us it was perfect.
