Summary: When we checked into this house there was food all over the floor up in the bedroom, as well as dead bugs. My daughter sat on the bed and it collapsed. They charged our insurance to pay for the bed, which is ridiculous. If you can't sit or lay on a bed without it collapsing what is the use? The floor in the dining area and kitchen had many soft spots. BEWARE, this host will charge you even if something happens that you should not be responsible for. Luckily we took the insurance, which they are going to charge for the bed, but it irritates me just the same because we did nothing to cause the damage. The furniture and fixtures are tired and old. The couch material was dirty. The downstairs bedroom mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again. We originally booked for 7 people and pets. Ended up with only 4 people and no pets. Never received a refund, even though I told host in advance of the changes. They have cameras at front and back, so they could verify that there were no pets and only 4 guests sleeping at the home. Lots of sirens through the evening too. Did not seem like the safest part of town.
