Positive: It is a lovely property, great location, parking is brilliant. The house layout is really good. We had a brilliant stay here.
Negative: The house is almost perfect but a few things let it down, silly little things like loose toilet seats, broken locks on toilet door, there a broken window upstairs, burnt iron mark on a bedside table and we found dirty dishes/cutlery in the dishwasher and no dishwasher tablets or tea towel.
Summary: We had a brilliant stay and would stay again because the house is lovely, the location is good and the parking is great,

Positive: The property is big, modern, spacious. Good space for multiple families. Plenty of parking. Good location for activities.
Negative: Some areas of the house need TLC, such as new furniture and new paint. In the kitchen, it needs a potato peeler and masher. The biggest issue was communication with the owner, they never pick up their phone. We had a powercut and the house alarm went off for 30 minutes and they were unreachable. No torch or instructions come with the house for alarm, or, facilities. The security deposit is a real pain and was my biggest annoyance. It involved over 10 emails/calls/texts to arrange and chase and put a dampener on the break.
Summary: Poor communication let's the place down.

Positive: Very spacious and clean. Enough space for 10-11 people and perfect for large families. Patient and easy to contact hosts; it was my first booking and they was super patient with me. Had everything we needed. Nice interior design too and amazing price too.
Negative: Locks could do with oiling or change as someone did get lock in bathrrom but not really a problem but just for the hosts future refwenfeZ

Positive: Spacious and comfy beds. This place could be really nice.
Negative: Host asked for a £300 cash deposit into their bank account and wouldn’t give the key until it was done. Bearing in mind they didn’t ask for the money until a few hours before check in and the deposit was more than a nights stay it seemed a bit much. I also had to hassle and phone for them to return it to me. We checked in at 5pm (check in is at 4) and the cleaner and her daughter were sitting on the sofa watching TV!! No rush to leave either. House was a bit tatty, leaking boiler, mould over ceiling, shower falling apart- given they take a £300 deposit I expected the house to be immaculate. A bit of a shame as the house could be amazing.
