Positive: Honestly, I had an amazing stay at this villa. The location is perfect — super close to the highway and just minutes from a supermarket. The living room is spacious, and the big smart TV with Netflix and the soundbar were great for relaxing. Even though it was cold outside, the inverter AC units kept the place warm and cozy. The internet was insanely fast, too. Marko is a great host — everything was exactly as promised and communication was smooth. All in all, a great experience — I’m definitely coming back. 🙌🏼

Positive: House is excellent for big families, very well equipped. As far as House and the host are concerned villa is 10 but due to noisy traffic in front of the house I shoud reduced it to 9 :) ...regardless Villa Mitimago shall be my first choice next time when I come to Nis.

Negative: Noisy traffic, you can not sleep with windows open.

Positive: Nice big house with several rooms, large living room, perfect for a group of friends / family. Facilities are nice, you pretty much have everything you need. There is a swimming pool, but heatpump wasn't turned on at the beginning of mid-October so it was unfortunately too cold to use. Although it was 28-30 degrees outside. Host gave all the info necessary about the house, and also some local recommendations. It's a nice, more residential neighbourhood, with a shopping center nearby.

Negative: A bit noisy due to a main road that runs right beside the building, so you pretty much have traffic noise all night. It's not terrible, but some better windows would definitely go a long way. Had a bit of an issue with the host when leaving, because we were a bit on a tight schedule and agreed on a departure time, which the host didn't meet, and also wasn't reachable by phone. So we needed to wait like 20-30 minutes until we managed to talk to him to get the details on how to checkout (where to leave keys, how to lock the place).
