Luxe 1-Bedroom Flat 10 Minutes from Manhattan in Weehawken, NJ. Newly renovated flat is close to Ferry, Light-Rail and Buses to Manhattan. There is a beautiful view of Manhattan just half a block away.
Modern updated space with all amenities in the very desirable Weehawken area of New Jersey. There is a beautiful view of Manhattan just half a block down the street. You will love the modern look of the apartment completed with recessed dim able lighting, quartz kitchen countertops and espresso cabinetry. There is an airbed in the closet as well as a hair dryer and iron. The new 46" LED television with internet apps will insure that guests are fully entertained while they are resting from a full day of exploring New York City. The area is amazing, buses run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and stop just a block from the apartment. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Times Square in Manhattan.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and all amenities inside as well as laundry room in basement.

Parking:
Finding on-street parking in Weehawken is not easy. If you choose to bring a car please let me know and I will provide the parking pass, this will allow you to park in Weehawken, but you will still have to find a space. I suggest when you arrive, you park the car as it is easier to find parking during the day and use public transportation throughout your stay. If the Parking pass is not returned a $40.00 USD replacement fee will be assessed against your deposit.
Checkin and checkout:
Checkin is as 2:00pm and checkout is at 11:00am. Please leave the keys on the coffee table in the living room as well as the parking pass if you have one and just let me know when you leave. If you leave after the checkout time a late checkout fee of $100.00 USD will be assessed against your deposit.
I expect guests to treat my home as they would treat their own. There are families that live above and below the apartment. I would have to ask that guests are mindful of the other families that live in the building, smoking and drug use is not allowed inside the house and no parties or loud music is allowed.
The neighborhood is the much sought after Weehawken, NJ. A high-end area with great schools, people, restaurants, transportation and breathtaking views of Manhattan. There are parks that can be found all over and great supermarkets.
Weehawken is serviced by Ferry, Lightrail and Buses to Manhattan:
Ferries go to the 39th St and 12th avenue ferry terminal. All buses go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal where you can get a bus to pretty much anywhere in the country and Subways within New York City. The light rail will take you to popular locations in New Jersey including but not limited to, Liberty State Park, Hoboken, Newport Center Mall.
1) Unmarked buses- These buses will just say "New York" or "New York City" and run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Guests can catch these buses to New York at the 47th St and Boulevard East NJ Transit stop. One can find these buses parked in Manhattan on 42nd Street on the right side of the street if facing the west side. They are $3.00 each way.
