There is so much to enjoy at this newly built home and surrounds, including barbeque meals on the top deck, watching the glorious sunsets and sunrises, stroll just 50 metres across Beach Road to the beautiful sands of Black Rock Beach, enjoy coastal walks to stunning Half Moon Bay and beyond; play a round of golf at any one of the adjacent premium golf clubs or simply enjoy village beachside lifestyle at Black Rock Village. Located just 20km (38 minutes drive) from Melbourne City, this beachside retreat is all you could wish for as a holiday haven.
Bayside Villa derives its name from the stunning bayside views captured from the covered upstairs level overlooking the water. This beautiful beachside retreat was designed and built only a few years ago with space, light and serenity in mind. Comprising of a spacious and beautifully decorated interior which includes large open plan dining (perfect for summer entertaining), kitchen and living to take in the glorious water views.
There are four bedrooms - one large king master ensuite with a separate retreat upstairs and three further large ensuite bedrooms downstairs as well as a study and separate laundry. There is further living on the ground level opening to another covered barbeque and al fresco lounge and a large grassed area with glass fenced pool and spa at the rear.
