Summary: Nice little place in a charming neighborhood. The studio was clean and always had parking in front of the house. You can hear people in the other house but, it didn't really bother us.

Summary: Really enjoyed the stay - place was clean, hostess/host were nice and communicated promptly when I had a question. Kitchenette, while super tiny, was good. Only wish they had coffee or a keurig machine - but there were local shops near by. Shower had low water pressure - but I think that is the norm in CA. I would stay again! Parking was easy too.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and cozy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear the owners talking and door alarm chiming, but it didn’t ruin anything for me. I’d stay here again.
