6 Bedroom House in Wapato Point, Manson

Unbeatable location for up to 12 guests in downtown Manson on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan. The home sits in a small triangle of homes adjacent to the Manson Bay Marina, Park and swimming area with the main road down the other side with restaurants, wine tasting and spirits/brews. The farmers market is active on Wednesdays and Saturdays less than a block down the road. In the summer months ski boats, jet skis, pontoon boats, paddle boards and kayaks can all be rented from a local vendor right at the waters edge only a block away. A rare find in the Lake Chelan area is a home of this size with a pool walkable to everything Manson has to offer.
To be enjoyed at this excellent home is aprivate heated pool with an auto cover that can be opened and closed via keypad.This new home boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 3 living spaces, a full gourmet kitchen and a kitchenette/wet bar off the pool with full size refrigerator/freezer. There are a total of 6 queen beds, 2 king beds and 2 twin beds (see photos). There are separate living spaces, one on each floor. The bottom floor just off the pool has a covered patio, king bedroom with its own kitchenette and full bathroom with large tub/shower with a separate entrance and can be locked off from the rest of the house. There is additional sleeping capacity in the 1st floor living area via inflatable queen mattress if needed. Full size washer and dryer on the first floor.
2nd floor has a covered deck with seating for 16 and 2 tables with gas fire pits. A living room with stone faced linear fireplace with flat screen smart TV. Large kitchen and Dining room with seating for 10 at the custom table adjacent to the large island with additional seating for 6. The primary suite with its own private bath, walk in shower, soaker tub and dual vanities and walk in closet. Full size washer and dryer also on the 2nd floor.
The top floor houses 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, one room has 2 queen beds and 2 twin (bunk) beds with additional sleeping capacity in the living space via inflatable queen mattress. 1 bathroom has the dual vanities separated from the toilet/tub/shower area. The other bath room has a toilet/vanity directly off each of2 bedrooms with a separate tub/shower area between them.
There is a heated salt-water pool 14 x 33 with auto cover. Pool is open and heated from last week of March until 1st week of November every year. The auto cover which is operated by a code in the keypad allows to guests to open and close the pool as needed, closing helps keep heat up and the pool clean when not in use.
Parking available for a maximum of 6 cars including garage space.
There is an amazing bakery called VonHart that cannot be missed. It is truly worth the trip just for the bakery (and the great home)
Please note: VRBO has an error within their locating algorithms that says this property is located within Wapato Point. This is inaccurate. The property is in fact much closer to down town and very close to Manson Bay Marina, boat rentals/PWC rentals and food drink establishments.

Summary: This home was perfect for our large group of 14, including both adults and children. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was within easy walking distance to downtown Mason's bars and restaurants, swimming and jet-ski rentals at Manson Bay Park, and the local grocery store. Our group loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This house has everything you could want! we stayed with 14 family members of all ages and there was plenty of sleeping spots. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking with every utensil you can think of. We made big family dinners every night. This our second time renting here and already looking forward to next year.

Summary: Convenient, clean, comfy, spacious, and well appointed. Attentive and accessible hostess. Beds super comfy. Quiet neighborhood, yet walkable to several eateries, a market, a bakery, ice cream shop, the lake etc. Our second time renting it for groups of 10-12 women. None of them ever want to stay anywhere else after visiting this property!!

Summary: Gorgeous home. We had 16 people and could stay comfortably as 3 families. The kids had an AMAZING time and referred to it as the "Epic House" by the water. Loved the pool and ping pong table. The owners were very quick at responding to all our questions. The location is nice and there is a large grocery story withing 3 mins driving. Made us enjoy our stay in Chelan.

Summary: This property was great. Our whole family: 8 adults, 8 children spent an extended weekend here very comfortably. They had everything we needed and didn’t skimp on any essentials. There was plenty of space for our family to be together or have alone time. So many different sleeping areas the kids got to be flexible. Beautiful kitchen to cook and eat in. We easily walked to pizza and wine tasting in Manson. Quick drive to Chelan. The pool area was exceptional, even with a toddler and baby. Definitely recommend and we are considering booking again next year!
