Summary: What a beautiful home! My guests were highly impressed with the thoughtfulness, the cleanliness of the property. They had so much space and they were sharing with me how comfortable the beds were! Kudos to the host who was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, as well as professional. The host allowed us to have a later check out due to my guest flight being canceled. We plan on utilizing the property next year for our upcoming conference!

Summary: We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again.

Summary: The property was better than I expected; my Family was VERY IMPRESSED I was satisfied with EVERYTHING about the property; unfortunately, there was NO COMMUNICATION with the property manager. I sent 3 or 4 text messages with pictures of things that I didn't want to be blamed for, but I never got any responses. Nevertheless, I would DEFINITELY recommend this property!
