Summary: Clean and cozy property in a quiet side of town, with a big yard and a pool in the center. Recommended and would definitely return to this location if I ever go back to Arizona.

Summary: Home was great for family stay. Plenty of bedrooms, multiple large common areas and well stocked kitchen. Backyard and pool were great for enjoying the weather. Neighborhood was nice and had easy access to hwys.

Summary: Good trip - house was very nice and conveniently located 7 minutes from the Reds Goodyear complex. Large house with four bedrooms for each guest. Kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. (Disposal didn’t work) Very spacious family room. Only complaint - backyard exterior was poorly maintained - weeds everywhere and not enough exterior furniture - no chairs or a table in the back yard. All in all - I would stay here again.

Summary: Problems ranged from wadded up paper left in master shower to my phone number given to a washing machine repairman who called me to get into the house. There were leaves in the swimming pool, but the cleaning net was broken. Package deliveries for unknown person came every day we were there. TV in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn on. Washing machine was broken and owners offered to pay for my laundry costs if I had to go to a laundromat, if I could give them a receipt. Constant communication with the property manager interrupted my visit with my cousins who live nearby. It was all very unprofessional. Giving my phone number to a stranger without my permission is ridiculous and very unsettling.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property for a week in Phoenix. Great price for the size of home and wonderful pool. Neighborhood was clean and quiet and the home is close to lots of good restaurants and things to do. Topgolf was a big hit with our teenagers and is about 15-20 minutes away. We’ll stay here again the next time we head to Phoenix.
