A very luxurious country house with a bedroom en-suite on the ground floor, a bedroom with spacious artisan oak balcony on the first floor, and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be placed together and separated. Be surprised by private outdoor wellness with a red cedar barrel sauna, rain shower, and spacuzzi for 5 people with an automatic lifting cover and roof.
All bedrooms are of hotel quality with their own streaming LED 42-inch TV, 2 wardrobes, and a work or dressing table with Ethernet connection and automatically closing/opened curtains. Next to each bed is a USB port to charge your mobile phone. Each bedroom also has air conditioning that regulates the perfect temperature, CO2, and humidity by means of home automation. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor has a hairdryer, a sun shower, and a heated mirror. The shared bathroom on the floor has a toilet, spacuzzi, double sink, hairdryer, and heated mirror. One bedroom has a spacious balcony with a direct view of the sand drift. On the ground floor, there is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen has an American fridge, a 90cm halogen hob, a dishwasher, a wine cooler a Quooker, and a cozy bar. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch LED TV, loxone center for own music streaming, and an LED fireplace.
The terrace has a lounge corner and an outdoor table with chairs, an outdoor kitchen with a black BBQ, loxone music center, 2 Infrared heaters, and atmospheric outdoor lighting. There are 2 parking spaces at the house and you have your own electric charging point for your electric car and bicycle.
Energy is excluded with a stay longer than 6 nights.
On an estate of 14 ha. you will find this hidden holiday park located on the Soester Sand drifts. You drive along a lane of oak trees of 500m before you reach the bungalow park with only 42-holiday homes and recreation bungalows. Here you are assured an oasis of peace. The intersection of different landscapes further enhances this unique location. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug on the south side of the park with 300ha of forest, dunes, and heather fields, the vast Eemdal valley on the north side, on the east side only 3500m medieval Amersfoort and on the west side at 1800m Soest.
