Summary: The staff was great. They did upgrade our room due to not having any more king size beds like I bought. However, the room didn't have a fridge where one should be, a homemade dreamcatcher made from pantyhose was left behind, and the dresser was broken. Not the best of rooms.

Summary: Very pleased with our clean, updated room. It was a busy weekend and everything moved seamlessly- clean restrooms, functional elevators/escalators, service staff at all bars. Definitely noticed the quality of food at Pyramid Cafe and Public House were not as good as previous visits. Loved the Cantina though- always delicious.

Summary: I used the mobile app thinking I would immediately receive my room keys. I stood in the line for 30 minutes watching everyone receive their keys. Finally, I was told by a rude agent, that my room wasn't ready and that I had to wait for a second email. 3 hours later I received an email stating my room was ready. After checking in, I was headed to the "Purple Elevator" area. As we entered, there was an odor that had the stench of a dead person in an out-house. The elevator line was around the corner so you had to inhale this horrible toxic odor for 10 minutes.

Summary: Second time staying at the Luxor. Location is close to events we go to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food court and breakfast restaurant is great. They offer discounts and free parking for Veterans.
