Positive: Perfect location for visiting Disneyland. We travelled by car and having free access to a dedicated parking space in the building was really convenient (gate located at the back of the building). To visit Disneyland, we took the RER which is a 5 min walk to the apartment and is only one stop. There is a great boulangerie just downstairs so very convenient for breakfast and for getting sandwiches to bring to Disneyland to avoid the horrendous Disneyland food. We also did groceries at Auchan at the Val d'Europe mall (10 min walk) to stock up on French products which was perfect. Lots of other shops and restaurants available nearby without having to use the car or public transport . Check-in and check out were super easy. We left early to get to the eurotunnel on time and just left the keys in the apartment.
Negative: It would have been a plus to have a welcoming manual to have practical information (e g. Wifi code, recommendations) in one document but communication with staff was really easy so not a problem. The TV remote was running out of battery so a bit annoying to watch TV in the morning. A manual would have been easier to explain how the TV works but we managed in the end.

Positive: Great location. Clean, quiet area. Very close to train station and Disney. From Jan 2025 the RER A train route is now a flat fee of €2.50 per person and the stop is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Used this daily to go to Disney or into Paris. You can also walk to Disney which is approx 25-30mins. The hosts were super helpful. Always responded quickly to any queries. Apartment was a great size. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Positive: The host was very helpful. We arrived after leaving disneyland, it's a very short drive so convenient if using as a base for disney. Secure parking available. Everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. The coffee machine was great. We only stayed one night but wished we'd booked longer. It's a lovely apartment. Very spacious. There is a shop opposite and a lovely boulangerie at the end of the street. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Only issue we had was only one sharp knife which was a bread knife and no scissors. We coped without but would be nice to have. Otherwise all great!

Positive: Spacious and modern apartment close to transport and shops and host was quick to respond to any questions.
Negative: Was advised upon booking that luggage could be stored at the property the day we checked out to allow us to spend the day at Disneyland. When we checked in we were advised this was no longer the case. Had I known this when I was booking accommodation I would not have booked this property. Property description mentions washing and drying facilities. We were told at check in it would cost an additional 20 euros to use these facilities!
