Negative: Google took us to restricted access area as the single road for the property was closed. Difficult to park and centre has closed zone with 80 to 300 euro fines so be careful.

From the very first moment we felt we had arrived at a special place: the host was extremely kind and attentive, paying attention to every detail. He gave us a tour of the apartment and provided detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and parking – he helped us with everything we could possibly need. The apartment itself is stunning: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every little detail. We especially appreciated the branded shower gel and shampoo, as well as the fact that the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. The locals are also very friendly, and the town offers everything you could wish for on a perfect holiday. If we return to Iglesias, we will definitely want to stay here again – we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience!

Insta great impression from the start of our stay here, even better than on pictures:) We used this place to visit nearby beaches, but also Iglesias has his own charm. We will definitely no look to other places in future, if we will come back. Also Davide was perfect and helpfull, thank you very much. We will remember this stay here, very nice appartement.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean the bed was incredibly comfortable and had all amenities to cook for yourself if you wished. I encountered the host of Luxuria and straight away was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to enhance my experience. Overall, my experience at Luxuria exceeded all expectations.
