Positive: The great highlights of this property include the cleanliness, the modern new large space, the complex's lounge/workout room/outdoor pool, the kitchen appliances. I loved the decorating, simple but pretty. After we were able to gain access to the unit, we loved it, and my handicapped MIL was able to get into and out of the walk-in shower and bathroom even though there are no grab bars. The people in the building were exceptionally personable and kind.
Negative: No one is available by phone for emergencies, and we discovered only after we had arrived (12 hour drive with handicapped family member) that someone had reversed my first and last name so I thought we had no access to the property portal therefore no access to information on how to gain access to the property. After 90 minutes and having spoken with Booking.com, the property just RESENT the same email; only upon the suggestion of a kind STRANGER in the building did I try my first name for my last and gained access then. There was only one set of towels per person in the entire space, and no hand towels for the kitchen, and the pillows and living room furniture were less than ideal as far as comfort. There was only one blanket per bed as well. The serving utensils were thin, warped plastic and pieces of plastic came off in the food as we cooked.
Summary: After a GREAT deal of trouble to get in, we loved the apartment!

Positive: It was a good location. The son that was going to stay with us got sick and could not come. The room was too big for just the wife and myself and we could not change the reservation because it was past the cancellation date when my son got sick.
Negative: There was a bag of French fries in the freezer and a tee shirt hanging up in the master bedroom closet which gave the feeling of how well was this apartment really cleaned?
