The 3500 square foot Lochside Oceanfront Estate’s spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom oceanfront home can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably.
The main living room and open plan kitchen and dining space has sweeping views of the ocean.
Fully equipped with high end appliances, this modern kitchen will impress the chef in the party that loves to delve into making culinary delights. 6 burner gas range, dual ovens, large sub zero fridge, and plenty of cupboard and pantry space for all your cooking and storage needs.
The dining room space seats 8, while the island can seat 2 more at the breakfast bar.
Relax and watch your favourite streamed movies in the living room on the wide screen TV or sit and enjoy the oceanside ambience as your backdrop.
There are two access doors to the outside patio and outdoor kitchen gives you lots of living space during the spring, summer, or fall (and sometimes in the winter). Warm yourself by the outdoor gas fireplace in the evening.
On the main floor there is a wine room that also doubles as a workspace if needed plus a wet bar. There is a powder room and full laundry room for your convenience.
On the second floor you will find the spacious primary bedroom with king bed, massive walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite with soaker tub, oversized walk-in shower and dual sinks.
