Summary: Very nice property. Very basic cooking items. No spices, oil, etc. Toilet tank broke while we were t here so we.had no bathroom downstairs and going up and down was hard for some of us. Comfy beds.

Summary: Clean and welcoming home. Nicely decorated. Works well for a large group. Beds are very comfortable. I would suggest putting window coverings in all bedrooms. Also, you need a new corkscrew.

Summary: Listing is as described. Lots of room for all of us to move around and not feel cramped. The coffee and hot chocolate Keurig cups were very nice offering for our stay. Loved to watch the bunnies in the backyard. The only thing I would encourage the owner to add are more bowls and plates to serve food and bigger serving spoons. There was a lot of plates, glass wear, eating utensils for us to use and not run out. Our team would stay again. Fabulous find and stay!

Summary: I rented this property for our family get together to celebrate a graduation from UNR. What a great house for us. It was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for us 7 adults. The bookend and rental process was easy. Communication was timely and clear. The house was decorated tastefully and had all the furniture we needed. My only negative was that the beds are hard mattresses that some of us appreciated, but uncomfortable for some. Linens were exceptional. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in the Reno area.

Summary: We were in town for a celebration of life service and needed a place for family and extended family to stay together. This place was great, location, size, neighborhood- everything about it. We couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. The neighborhood is in a quiet location, but not to far from the grocery store and restaurants. The nice big fenced back yard was a bonus for our kids. We’ll definitely be staying there again next time we’re in Reno. Thank you!
