Summary: The house was beautiful, roomy and clean. Nice large yard for kids and dogs. Hot tub was a plus! Close to many hiking trails. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms all had soap/shampoo/conditioner. We had a 6 mo. old and 2 year old so the pack n play and booster seat were much appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: All I can say is wow. From the basement all the way to the third-floor, the house is gorgeous. It was accommodating in a way that we had plans to go out for the day and we just decided to stay in and have a cookout. The hot tub and camp fire pit was just a vibe. Great place for reunion, which is what we used it for. It was exactly 15 of us and we slept comfortably. We can’t wait to come back! We absolutely will!!

Summary: The home was clean and inviting. The kitchen had every pot, pan and bowl that we might need. We never ran out of anything. We so appreciated the linens, towels, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels. It might seem like a small thing but it makes a difference when traveling with family. The house was on a quiet street with beautiful views. We had easy access to Plymouth and Waterville Valley Ski Resort. Three floors of living space gave all of us enough room to spread out and find quiet spaces if needed; we had 6 adults and 7 teenagers with us. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the owners attention to detail.

Summary: I came here with 11 of my friends for a weekend ski trip at Loon, and this house was perfect. There was ample parking for all of our cars, the kitchen was absolutely massive with all the equipment/cookware we needed, and the hot tub was one of the biggest I've seen at a rental home! The interior was newly rennovated with an ultra-modern look, and it was an easy 20 minute drive on the highway to Loon. Tyler was an attentive host and was easily reachable for any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back.

Summary: We had a great annual family holiday gathering at Tyler & Crystal’s place. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking large family meals and we love that the table was large enough to seat all of us (9 adults and 3 kids). We had plenty of space for sleeping and the bathrooms and living spaces had all of the things we could need (& extras we didn’t know we would love like robes to use in the bathrooms!). The house was very clean and well maintained and on a quiet street but close to many winter activities nearby. Overall we had a great time and would recommend for any large group!

Summary: This property was gorgeous. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and has great outdoor space including a fire pit and hot tub. The furniture and beds were high quality and very comfortable. There’s a couple of inaccurate pieces of information on the listing including the check-in time and availability of sleeper/pull-out sofas (there was an air mattress available however). The house comfortably sleeps 12 people (if you put 2 people in the queen and king beds). Overall, I would recommend it as a wonderful place for a large group.

Summary: Beautiful house near the mountains! Lots of bedroom and bathroom space! Perfect vacation location, whether doing beach & boardwalk at Weirs beach, hiking at the Flume and the Basin, riding the Cannon tramway, enjoying the local kids' park Clark's Bears (yes, they have bears) or just making s'mores at the fire-pit and relaxing in the hot tub. A local stream offers some close beach for splashing around. Owners friendly and respond quickly to any questions.

Summary: I am an active hiker and love hiking in the White Mountains. This house was a great location to do that! Only a 25 minute drive to the Franconia Notch. It was so nice to hike 11 miles and then come back to a hot tub and a fire. The house was very clean and had a tremendous amount of space. If you love being outdoors for all meals, this is the place to be. With a grill and tables outside and a fire pit. Will defiantly be back.

Summary: I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this Champagne Mountain Retreat! We go up to the White Mountains quite often, and these hosts brought a next level vacation house experience to the area! If you’re looking for a five star stay, do yourself a favor and book! We brought 15 people and it was more than enough room. The beds were so cozy with 3 different firmness of pillows to choose from in each bed - they seriously thought of everything here. It’s definitely not just someone’s second thought cabin, and it shows!
