Wonderful and welcoming home for children with many amenities for families and we are pet friendly :). Close to town and lots of great dining options. Summary: We loved the fact that everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, the furnishings were comfortable and there was ample rooms and bathrooms for my family - 10 people. The backyard was pristine and wonderful for outdoor dining and activities. With regards to the bathrooms, I wish they had hand-held showers rather than just overhead showers only. It was unfortunate that the pool was not usable since they were having issues with it but the hosts were very kind to give us a late checkout.The hosts were also very responsive and so was the caretaker for the property. Overall a great place to stay for a large group.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The real fire place in the living room was a wonderful touch. Great for playing games with friends and family on a cold night. The Hot tub with a view was probably my favorite part. I would recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise in the kitchen with views of the mountain, it makes for a great cup of coffee.

Summary: My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property. It’s in a great location (only 90 min from NYC) and close to town with hiking, great food, and thrift/antique shopping. Check in was a breeze and the house itself was spotless. The property was serene with great views and plenty of activities, including a hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend stay for my birthday celebration. Smores by the fire pit, seeing the fall tree colors with the mountains in the backdrop and cooking meals with fresh produce and meat from the local farmers market was exactly what we were looking for. The property is well appointed and it was so relaxing. The kids had a blast playing outside and it was definitely a memorable and lovely experience.

Summary: The variety of spaces offered great places for people to work remotely and for toddlers to play. The pool was perfect for two beginning swimmers and a lap swimmer. The grounds and house were clean and tidy.

Summary: We loved having the family in one home together while we were in town for our mother's funeral. The home was clean and simply beautiful! It was perfect! We cooked and grilled out and prepared for moms services! The beautiful and peaceful back drop of the gunks was what our souls needed. My 90 year old uncle was so appreciative and loved the home. Summary: Family from five different states met for a long weekend. The house was perfect with tons of room for meals, board games, football watching and hanging out. Bedrooms are generously sized, views from all the windows were stunning with the fall colors and the location was great for visiting the sights within 30-40 minutes.

Summary: This was our second time staying here and it has become such a special place to us! We don’t have enough good things to say about the host, property & area. The second we walked into the house, it was SPOTLESS and we were greeted by the property manager and a s’mores kit to kick off the weekend! 😊 My fiancé and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and it was the perfect romantic getaway we were looking for! The foliage view in the backyard paired with 2 glasses of wine on the heated bench was probably our favorite part. There’s also so many great spots to check out in the area and most are dog friendly which our pups loved just as much as us! Clay & Mohonk are a personal favorite and definitely recommend checking out nearby state park for great hiking!! We absolutely love it here & hope to keep visiting in the future!
