Summary: This house was perfect for our needs. Street parking was a bit busy, but overall ok. House was very clean. Property manager was great. Even came by to help connect to wifi when wouldn’t work. Place has minimal dishes and cooking supplies. But manageable. Had to get a bigger pot and frying pan. All appliances work. Overall, great place for a short time. Worked for us for the 3 weeks we were there. Neighbors are really friendly.

Summary: The pictures are fairly accurate to the product delivered. It is not clear in the listing though that this is one small unit in an old style four-plex. There was noise from neighbours on all sides. The inside was clean although the guest bedroom was not cleaned after the last guests and bed sheets were not clean. There was also garbage outside the unit, blinds missing in the kitchen and kitchen was not well well stocked. The first morning the owner came by a few times and called wanting a painter to come in and touch up some of the walls and woodwork. Later that same day we were informed that we needed to prepare for a showing the following morning "as the unit was currently listed for sale". After two days of this we left halfway through our stay. Although the inside has been modernized, very little of this stay kept up with a VRBO standard. As their TV ads say - 'and owners are not there so it feels like a vacation'. This was definitely not true. Would not recommend to anyone.

Summary: Overall, the property was nice and clean upon arrival. Clearly recently renovated, it was a pleasant environment. The ad, however, does not state that it is actually a duplex, and not a house. The ad says that it sleeps 10 people, but there are only 2 beds (4 people), and one couch. It also says it can hold up to 15 people, but it is smaller than it appears in the photos. I had 15 people over for an event and it was a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn't advise more than 10 people over at once. There weren't a lot of check-in and check-out requirements which is nice, however, there weren't any directions regarding the property. There was a mix up with the door code, which is not a big deal, but it only added to the confusion of there being multiple doors and no instructions. We were told there was parking in the back alley but the parking spot wasn't shoveled or salted, and there were garbage bins in the way. The sidewalk up to the front door could have been salted as well. It was a nice enough stay and we had a fun event, but I do not think that the space was big enough to justify the steep price. We paid over $500 for one night. Lastly, I sent a message to the owner to clarify details and never got a response. I ended up just having to book it without a response because I was running out of time. Once the booking was confirmed, however, it was very easy to communicate with the owner. They always picked up the phone quickly which was helpful.
