Celadon 1401 is beautifully decorated. This 3 bedroom Gulf Front condo provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. When you step into this condominium you know that you're in paradise, designed for a memorable vacation, great views, big rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful beach, two pools, two hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, conference room, fitness center and a location that’s convenient to everything!
Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. Celadon is located on the beach so you get stunning views from the beach and the ocean! Just look at the photos and picture yourself relaxing with your morning coffee. You will want to bring your binoculars along so that you can enjoy the dolphins playing in the water. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.
Every room in Celadon 1401 is special. The living room is well furnished. It features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a flat screen television.
The open kitchen area is well equipped and gives you great views while having a meal at the breakfast bar. Plus, there are new stainless steel appliances.
The MASTER SUITE features a luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closet. You’ll notice the 58' flat screen TV. Summary: We were looking for a location that would accommodate our family and this location did not disappoint. Everyone had their own suite, it was perfect. I could not have found a better condo for us. It was an easy process and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely be renting again. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Summary: The condo was beautiful. However, the 1st night we checked in, the internet was not working. We were there for a virtual conference & couldn't connect. We called every day regarding it not working & was told they would come fix it the next day. No one ever showed up. If we had known it wasn't working...we would have found another location that could accommodate us.

Summary: Overall our experience was great. The condo is nice and in a good area. We enjoyed the beach and pools. The beds were cozy. We had six adults in our group and it was nice to have three kings and three bathrooms. There were a few small things that I gave a 4 star for. The first is not enough TP. We ran out and there wasn’t a single extra roll. We had to go buy some. We also ran out of garbage bags. Two is simply not enough. Most of the hand soap dispensers were almost empty and some of the dishes were put away dirty. We washed them up before use. The last is there were extra pillows but no pillowcases for any of them. I found one standard pillowcase but it didn’t fit the king pillows. However, I would stay again if I was ever in the area again.

Summary: This was my first time in Panama City beach. We loved the area and our condo was a perfect fit for a long overdue friends trip. It was as described and the view was outstanding. I would rent this one again.

Summary: This condo was perfect! We had three couples, each couple had a king sized bed with their own private full bathroom, which is so hard to find. The condo was beautifully decorated and was spotless! It was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. The view was breathtaking. The only (somewhat) negative is that there are no restaurants within walking distance. It was fine though. Will definitely stay here again!
