Positive: No matter if we were heading to Tampa Bay stadium, Busch Gardens theme park we were only a few minutes away... Clearwater Beach was only a short 20 minute drive...The property manager was very attentive and excellent communicator... I almost hate to give this recommendation because part of me wants to keep this my personal little secret Tampa hideaway...😂😂😂

Negative: I didnt like that my vacation only lasted 3 days...

Summary: Perfect cozy little studio... Perfect for couples... Greatest value...

Positive: I stayed at Joseph’s place for 3 weeks with my two kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed for a long stay. Joseph was incredibly supportive throughout our time there, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a welcoming and reliable host.

Negative: Just needed one big blanket, that would have been awesome. Thankfully I looked before we left and brought my own, but it is hard fit it in a full suitcase if you're flying like we were.

Positive: Overall it is not too far from Tampa Downtown. At First I felt host is very helpful and supportive as we reached very late but able to check in. Host helped for suggesting place to look at as well

Negative: 1. Very small bed and room 2. The temperature was extremely cold and no proper blanket or anything to cover up body was provided even after multiple request. 3. Host appear to collect deposit prompt but on name of amenities in the amount charged it was really not worth 4. Too dark surroundings, 2 big RVs parked outside so difficult to find house itself. 5. Not a single restaurant, store close by on walking.

Summary: Overall it was not a right choice. Not worth of money, experience was bad. There were ants in house

Positive: I was extremely happy with this small apartment. It was perfect for one or two people. Very clean and it had just about everything you needed. Good location, drive up location, private. Good lighting and temperature. Clean as could be and just perfect to visit Tampa. You could get all over the area very quickly.

Negative: There was nothing that disappointed me. The owner did a great job in turning a small space into such a nice apartment.
