Summary: The communication with the property owner was excellent and they helped with all of our concerns. The AC didnt work during our stay though and was not able to be fixed during the stay, it was consistently 80 in the house. There was an opened box of cereal, food, and we found a dirty pair of undergarments under one of the beds upon arrival. Dirty linens etc. Had it been cleaned and the AC working it would have been a much higher rating.

Summary: Would give it a higher rating if it had been clean. There was old food in the refrigerator and an open box of cereal on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
