Summary: The cottage was very well maintained and clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could need for cooking/bbqing. The deck outside was massive and we thought the pictures in the listing actually undersold how nice the it was. There were numerous Muskoka and other comfortable lounge chairs, multiple large sun umbrellas and a shaded area under a large tree with a hammock. Others mentioned it being somewhat warm in the upper bedrooms, but there are A/C units in those bedrooms now and we did not have any issues with the temperature. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We are definitely thinking about returning to this cottage!

Summary: We had a fantastic week! Here are some of the comments from our group: I thought it was really great. Awesome kitchen. Beautiful views from the house and the deck. Very nice place to put in for kayaking.Loved the birdwatching! Great kitchen, beautiful decks, great vistas of the bay, gorgeous sunrises, comfortable beds and everything we needed, games, puzzles etc. The cottage offers great privacy without feeling isolated; also a great location to explore PEC

Summary: We have visited Luc's property a number of times and it never fails to disappoint! The location is great, the property is spacious and clean and comfortable, and Luc is a very responsive and accommodating host! Can't wait to get back next year already!

Summary: The house is fantastic and the pics do not do it justice. The check-in was easy, the house was spotless, the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor space is lovely and well-tended. The two main bedrooms are very large and the two secondary bedrooms are a fine size. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. Particularly appreciate that the house is stocked with paper towels, TP, spices, etc. super thoughtful! The only observations we’d offer is that the dirt driveway is 7/10’s of a mile and is bumpy. They appear to be building a new road in, which should help. Overall, a great Vrbo that I’d recommend to anyone.

Summary: We enjoyed a lovely week at this property. The house is great with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortably furnished, fabulous use of color and decorative elements, and wonderfully large deck overlooking the water. All perfect for relaxing and socializing. The area was quiet and felt private with all the gardens and trees around the property. The house, decks, and gardens were well maintained and impeccably clean. Our host, Luc, was helpful in answering any questions we had promptly. I'd highly recommend this property. The only slightly negative aspect was that the water was not inviting for those of us who aren't strong swimmers & would have paddled around. There were algae and grasses growing in the bay - an issue beyond the control of the owners.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Let me review the list of positives and just a few issues that could be improved. The house is beautiful with great views of the water. It was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very prompt and helpful in responding to all our questions. The house was totally equipped and included towels, sheets. paper products, many pots,pans and every kitchen utensil imaginable. They even left a full supply of condiments and spices! The outside space was fantastic. The deck space was enormous and had a lot of seating as well as numerous umbrellas. For entertainment they also provided several lawn games like cornhole and a large selection of DVDs and puzzles. The grill outside is a large Weber and has a lot of space to grill. The views were spectacular and it was very quiet and very private. The area is lovely and we enjoyed the wineries and breweries. A couple of things that could improve this great property. - the deck needs some maintenance and several boards need to be replaced. - the trees overhanging the deck need trimming as I had to duck my head to avoid the branches. - the access road to get to the property is almost 1/2 mile and is severely pitted. It is difficult to go more that 10 MPH on the road which adds 5+ minutes to every ride. - Only the Main bedroom is Air Conditioned and the other front bedroom that gets the sun stays very warm. - Main bedroom does not have any shades. It is very bright in the a.m.

Summary: Beautiful waterfront views, spacious yard and well equipped home. The deck appeared much older than the photos. Half of the deck has no glass or spindles so it's a safety hazard and unuseable. The other half of the deck requires a lot of maintenance. The dock was great. We brought an inflatable fishing boat with trolling motor. Also kept the kids busy with kayaking and paddle boarding. Unfortunately the water was unswimmable due to the algae. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning so we had to use three very large, noisy fans to try and cool the other bedrooms. Not all bedrooms have curtains which made it difficult for some to sleep and hard to put little ones down to nap during the day. The location is great, easy to get to and only 15 mins for anything you need. All in all we had a great week together as a family making memories.

Summary: We had a great time here :-) The property was lovely but a couple of things to note for guests. We were there in the heat wave so it’s probably not an issue for most of the summer but upstairs, only our room (the master with bathroom attached) had strong A/C. The rest of our party was pretty warm at night. Second, the lake is incredible for fishing and my son and I had fun swimming off the dock as well but others who are a bit less comfortable with weeds and wildlife that enjoy them waited for trips to Sandbanks, North Beach to swim. But that was not a big thing. Overall we had a wonderful time and it’s a great place for about 4 adults and 4 kids.
