Luxuriously furnished, completely renovated holiday home with pool, just 5 minutes' walk from the center of Santa Ponca. Sea views of Santa Ponca Bay. Here you will find peace and privacy with a gigantic view over the center of Santa Ponca and you can still reach restaurants, bars, shops and the beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. A sauna and barbecue outside kitchen round off the luxury in the house.
As you can see from the pictures, the house is on a hill. A staircase/path leads to the bay. PLEASE NOTE!!! For people with knee problems or similar, it can cause a problem as there are many stairs - both down to the front door and inside the house itself.

Summary: The accommodation was great and exactly as shown in the posted photos if not better. The house was a short walk up/down the stairs from the main beach in Santa Ponca. There is a garage and gated driveway with space to park 2 vehicles. The check in process was very easy. The team reached out to me via Whatsapp well in advance to introduce themselves and ensure my group was able to check-in smoothly. Michael was very friendly and was able to make some great recommendations for restaurants/activities during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking this accommodation.

Summary: The house was very accommodative for our family of five (2 adults and kids aged 17/15/11). The pool was clean and inviting but we were a few weeks before the season would accommodate a dip (we’ll have to come back in the warmer months!) Location was good for accessing Palma and convenient to get on the highway to lead to any other part of the island.

Summary: Can highly recommend. It’s as impressive as the photos make out. Sleeps 3 couples comfortably. Split level made house seem very big. Walkable into Santa Ponsa (admittedly up big flight of steps ) but at same time easy drive or taxi to all surrounding resorts.
