Located on a tree lined street, this home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with brand new appliances throughout. The master suite has its own private deck where you can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee. This home has it all and is conveniently located in the heart of Hollywood near all the hot spots.

After an extensive and complete remodel, this home is 2017 ready. With new appliances, hand picked furniture, beautiful marble bathrooms and custom finishes, you will be ensured a wonderful luxurious stay. This charming and peaceful Hollywood Hills 3-bedroom home is a true gem!
This home is ideally located on a quiet tree lined street in the Hollywood hills, just a short walk from all that Hollywood has to offer. A 5 minute walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood walk of fame, the famous Chinese theater, and endless restaurants and entertainment. Also a 5 minute walk from a subway station that can take you anywhere in LA!
This home has two brand new completely remodeled bathrooms. No expense was spared with marble tiled walls and floors and a soaking tub for a spa like setting. Enjoy abundant towels, bathrobes and shampoo and conditioner during your stay.
The brand new remodeled kitchen included luxurious marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen comes extremely well equipped with anything you would need to cook or entertain during your stay and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea during your visit. All needed appliances are provided: full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, electric coffee maker.
Carefully decorated with brand new designer furniture and luxurious linens, this home truly has it all. Hardwood floors throughout and beautiful arched windows let in the California sun. A brand new Nest thermostat system let's you set the temperature to your ideal setting during your stay. For when you just want to unwind the living room TV has Direct TV and Apple TV. Or enjoy the outdoors with a newly landscaped private front yard to relax in and a deck off the master to have your morning coffee on. This ideally located and tastefully remodeled Hollywood home is a superb setting for your next getaway.
Also provided: washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board, and iron.
Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD -
This area of Hollywood is trendy and filled with endless options for entertainment. It is filled with some of the regions best coffee shops, shopping venues, restaurants and bars. A 5-minute walk and you will find yourself at the world famous Hollywood bowl. A 10 minute walk and you are at the heart of the entertainment world with the Hollywood walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the nightly tapings of Jimmy Kimmel! If you are the active type and want to explore the great outdoors you are just a quick drive to Runyon Canyon and Beachwood Canyon where Angelenos gather daily to exercise. You are in the thick of it all: minutes from the 101 fwy, Hollywood Bowl, Arclight Movie Theater as well as both the Ford and Pantages Theatres. You may even see a celebrity!
GETTING AROUND -
We have one outdoor/uncovered parking spot available. Street parking is usually available and we have a parking pass if you need one (if the pass is lost there is a charge of $150 to replace it). Hollywood is actually one of the better areas in LA to be without a car as there are numerous bus lines and a subway (yes we have a subway) station at Hollywood and Vine.
Of course there are taxis and uber/lyft rides at your beck and call.

Summary: Simply, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Tammy was very accommodating when our flights were rescheduled to arrive earlier than expected. She welcomed us in to drop bags so we could start exploring LA while waiting for check-in. Tammy recommended Uber instead of renting a car because of the ease and availability with budding film stars needing to make extra income. The house was clean, spacious, and fitted out perfectly with a welcome basket. A great home base for our week of adventure, via on foot, Uber, or even a subway stop away. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Summary: Great location and house. The pictures are spot on. Perfect fit for 6 adults and very close to great things to see and do. The house is a short walk to Hollywood Blvd. The only negative its the parking. You have a small spot in back to park if not you park on the street with a pass. Not a big deal but if you have a large car it could be. We would defifinetly stay here again. Tammy was a great host and was very responsive to our needs. You can't go wrong renting this place.

Summary: The home had a wonderful kitchen with everything you need. The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were cozy. The neighborhood was really nice and walking distance to restaurants and close to all the sites on Hollywood Boulevard. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and we would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect home for our family of 4!! We would also recommend Yamashiro for dinner too! Loved our LA vacation at your beautiful home!!

Summary: Absolutely like the photos. Very fresh and appealing. It was spotless and well stocked when we arrived. Also we liked the location. Cute street, good neighborhood. And, Tammy, the co-host, was warm and very responsive. My only cautions: while the house can sleep 6, be sure to note one of the bedrooms can only accommodate a full bed, so pretty tight for 2 adults - fine for children; also we had an SUV, which did not fit into the parking spot behind the house, so had to park on the street. Otherwise we thought it was a good value and would recommend it.

Summary: We arrived to find a lovely duplex with very quiet neighbors. All newly remodeled, the pictures are accurate. Quiet neighborhood that is safe to walk in. We had one issue(stopped up toilet) and it was taken care of the same day it occurred. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. I think the kitchen could use a few more pans and baking pans, but we managed with what we had. I would recommend this home for your vacation needs.

Summary: This house is a DREAM! Amazing place to stay. This is was the first time I did VRBO and chose this house because of it's pictures. I was warned by lots of people that pictures aren't always true, but in the case of this house the pictures are 100% completely accurate. We stayed here for 10 days and the day we checked in the house was clean, cool, and ready for us. It's really a great size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are all super comfy and have great linens. Very expensive nice quality linens. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We just went out and bought food. Very nice modern kitchen that I loved using. The laundry machines are an added bonus. We were able to do laundry easily also. The house is seriously is perfect. I can't think of any negatives...maybe the street is busy? But I personally loved it because I would sit outside in the evenings and people watch. Will definitely be staying here again next time we make a trip to Hollywood. All in all
