Summary: Overall this was an awesome home with very unique vibes. It’s an older home that has had updated, but still has a classic feel to it. We used this home as a group of alumni of Keene State to go back and visit campus and have a place to hang out when we weren’t in town. It’s about 30 minutes from the campus! The home had a fun games like darts, shuffleboard, karaoke, pool table, and a chalk wall. The best part of the house was the 4 seasons porch attached to the room with the pool table! The basement has a big sectional, with the other games and a wet bar area with a full size fridge. This was perfect for hanging out late night and keeping the kids/ people who wanted to get rest upstairs. We didn’t have really many issues and the property manager was quick to check in and answer questions during our stay. The couple downsides were the listing is for 11 people but actually the “futon” is one of those IKEA couches that are extremely hard and really not something i would consider a proper sleeping bed for someone paying. Luckily someone had an air mattress that one of the guests used. The other off thing was there were cameras inside the house everywhere. there was instructions on how to shut them off but it still felt a little weird and i wasn’t fully aware of that. Either it wasn’t there or i didn’t pay attention to the listing if that is listed on the booking page. So just something to be aware of! That aside it was an awesome place and i would stay again
